Shipping

Orders will be delivered directly to your home by our Exped partner in the UK, Lyon Equipment Ltd.

All orders placed before 12pm are shipped on a next working day service. However, we cannot guarantee this once it's in the hands of the carrier, so please allow 2-3 days.

Please note: Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands have restrictions on delivery speeds, so deliveries to these locations may take longer.

We have chosen to use DPD due to their carbon neutral commitment. See more here.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on orders over £75. Orders under £75 have a £4.99 shipping charge.

30 Day ‘no quibble’ Returns
We want you to be totally happy with your purchases from Exped and offer a 30 day, no quibble returns policy. If, you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to return it to us. Any products returned should be in new and unused condition, with labels attached and in undamaged, original packaging.

Please contact us at exped@lyon.co.uk before returning your order with order information and reason for returning the product(s). All returns need to be preauthorised.

You will be responsible for the return postage costs for any product return (unless the product is faulty). We recommend you use an appropriate insured service and obtain proof of postage to cover you against loss or damage in transit.

If a product is faulty please email exped@lyon.co.uk.

DISPUTED DELIVERIES
Claims for loss must be made to Lyon Equipment within 7 days of despatch.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or swap unwanted items. For exchanges please return the unused product to us and place a new order. A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item. We aim to process your refund (less any shipping charges) back to your original payment card as quickly as we can, and will notify you upon receipt of the goods.

WARRANTY RETURNS
If you feel your product has developed a fault under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us at exped@lyon.co.uk with your order information and description of the warranty claim. Please also provide photos of the issue, if possible. We will then advise you of the appropriate course of action.
