Mega in size, comfort and warmth – the MegaMat Duo is the ultimate mat for basecamp, a camper bus, or a guest bed. The Duo version is perfect for adventures for two or as an extra large, luxurious single mat.

The unique 3D construction offers the largest possible sleeping area. The core of the MegaMat Duo features just the right density, 10 cm thick foam that provides exceptional support and insulation. Horizontal air channels within the foam help reduce weight and packing size without compromising comfort. The new MegaMat Duo comes with an increased coring of 30% which leads to an even smaller pack size and easier packing. The surface is crafted from soft recycled stretch tricot polyester, ensuring a delightful feel against the skin.

The MegaMat is designed to self-inflate. Using the included improved inflation pump, you can effortlessly achieve your desired level of firmness. One inflate and two large deflate flat valves make inflation and deflation quick and easy. The two practical handles on the sides make the mat easy to move. We also provide our convenient Sidewinder Bag for hassle-free packing.

PRO TIP:
It may sound counterintuitive, but if you find that your camping mat is just a little too hard, use the inflate valve to purge excess air. By opening the valve and pressing gently on the one-way flapper, you can release controlled bursts of air to reach the exact firmness you want. If you open the extra-large deflate valve, you may find yourself losing more air than you anticipated and need to top off your mat again.

Inflation: For first time use allow the mat to partially self inflate by opening the inflation valve and inserting the toggle attached to the inflation valve cap. Leave mat for at least 1 hour, then inflate completely by using an EXPED pump and close inflation valve. Now leave the mat for 24 hours in a warm environment to allow the inner foam layer to recover to its full volume.

In normal use, once in camp, unroll the mat, then open the inflation valve. To speed up inflation of the mat, insert the toggle attached to the valve cap into the inflation valve.

After being stored for a long time, use same procedure as for first time use.
