Hi Loxley, We are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with your delivery. We have been in contact with you multiple times, and sent out a replacement pump on the 21st, which was delivered to your neighbour on the 22nd. Please reach out to the customer services team if you have any further issues so that we can resolve this for you.
As a pillow it wasn't quite thick enough. I tried blowing it up more but that made it hard, so ended up with a towel rolled under it. The neck shape is good as it helps keep it in place.
As an inflator you'd better allow plenty of time and patience. It does work, but very slowly.
It was on offer at a tenner which was about right. At the recommended £40 there are far cheaper options elsewhere.
